District Governor
Izza Ahmad
Hey, Capital!
My name is Izza Ahmad and I am honored and excited to serve as your 2022-2023 District Governor! I've been in Key Club for so long and it has taught me so much. I can't wait to serve you this Key Club year! I am a rising senior at Northern High School in Division 3C. I have served as the 9th Grade Representative of my home club, the Division 3C Lieutenant Governor, and last year's Capital District Editor. Serving in all these positions and many more outside of Key Club has helped me grow as a leader, an individual, and a human being. This year is our time to shine through. The pandemic might have hit us, but we are strong and will always get back up on our feet and serve because caring IS our way of life. I have no doubt that this year we will face any and all challenges together headfirst and stand together to combat all forces which tend to undermine our institutions. We will grow as Key Clubbers, as a district, and as a family. Thank you all for continuing to work hard and showing your dedication to Key Club. All of you inspire me to work harder and harder each and every day. I know this year is going to be one of the greatest years in Key Club history! District Secretary-Treasurer
Rani Chatterjee
Hello, everyone!
My name is Rani Chatterjee and I am so excited to be your Capital District Secretary-Treasurer. I am currently a junior at Marshall High School in Division 2D. Something that people are surprised to find out about me is that I do ballet. I don't have any pets, but I have a culture of Daphnia Magna in my basement. Another cool thing about me is that I live with my grandparents. Something I would like to do during my term as Secretary-Treasurer is to create stronger connections with clubs by working more closely with Faculty Advisors to help them understand how to turn in dues. I would also like to help Lt. Governors have stronger connections with their club by giving them templates they could use to reach out to their clubs. I would also like to create monthly addendums so that everyone could have the correct contact information in the District Directory.
