We are thrilled to announce that this year’s Annual District Convention will be returning to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, VA, from
March 21st to 23rd. This is your chance to connect, learn, and celebrate with fellow members across the district. We are excited
to celebrate the 100th birthday of Key Club International during our weekend, have informative workshops, celebrate our clubs
and members, and elect our new officers. 

Registration for the 2025 District Convention is now open! Registering early is highly encouraged to secure your spot at this exciting event. Early registration also ensures you won’t miss out on exclusive convention materials, such as a commemorative program book and souvenir items. Please note that the registration deadline is Monday, March 3rd, so don’t delay! Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a seasoned participant, the process is quick and easy.

The convention will feature inspiring keynote speakers who will motivate and challenge you with their stories and insights. Our lineup will include a special keynote speaker to talk about mental health, the Key Club Capital District Governor Kayla Holloman, and the Kiwanis Capital District Governor Joshua Hiscock. This is a great time to listen from their valuable perspectives and actionable advice!

Don’t miss our engaging workshops and breakout sessions tailored to your interests. These sessions are designed to help you develop new skills, explore innovative ideas, and collaborate with other attendees in meaningful ways. The convention also includes fun networking events where you can build relationships with peers and exchange ideas. From casual meet-and-greets to our formal gala dinner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Be sure to visit this year’s Service Fair, where you can explore candidate’s campaigns, find new service ideas, and learn about resources available to our community.
