DCON Registration
We are so excited to welcome everyone to the 2025 District Convention - we will be returning to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City from March 21st to March 23rd to celebrate 100 years of Key Club!
DCON 2025 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
Deadline: Monday, March 3rd, 2025
We are continuing to relax the dress code to allow for a more equitable, inclusive, and healthy development of our members' identities. Full details of the change is in the attachment - we are offering the opportunity for attendees to wear Kiwanis Family spirit wear or Business Casual dress Saturday during the day as well as Sunday morning instead of the previously required business professional dress. Members may still choose to dress in business professional dress if they choose to do so but it will not be the requirement.
The link to the registration form is in the packet below and also here: https://fs11.formsite.com/CapitalKeyClub/DCON/.
Attached is the registration packet as well as the hotel spreadsheet which needs to be uploaded to the online registration form. Please upload this as an excel worksheet or as a google sheet to make it easier to cut and paste names for nametags and rooming lists.
One thing to note is that we have included the code of conduct and medical form in the initial registration packet. However, these items still need to be brought on the Friday of convention and not submitted in advance. Additionally, we have added a media release (to give us more leeway to livestream our sessions).
As a mandate from Key Club International, all chaperones will need to have a background check performed by the Kiwanis approved vendor, Safe Hiring. The cost of this background check is included in the cost of your registration. Due to this requirement, it will be imperative to have chaperones in place at least two weeks in advance of DCON to ensure enough time to have the background check completed. If you received a background check for last year's DCON, you will not need to complete another one until next year.
